I especially enjoy working with women who are navigating the unique challenges of perimenopause and menopause. I earned my Master's in Social Work from UMass Global and am dedicated to providing compassionate and authentic care to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma related symptoms. Above all, I appreciate the relationships built in therapy and strive to ensure that each client not only feels seen and heard, but empowered to create the changes they seek.
