Where are you located?

I work entirely virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. As long as you're located in California, we can work together from wherever you are most comfortable.

What are your rates?

Sessions are $150 per 50-minute session (Sessions increase to $175 on July 1, 2026.) . Many clients are eligible for reimbursement through their out of network benefit. I provide superbills and utilize Thrizer to make that process seamless and help minimize financial burden.

can i use insurance?

At this time, I am accepting Aetna, but for all other insurances I would be considered an out of network provider (OON). Many clients choose to utilize their OON benefits to ensure the greatest level of privacy, flexibility, and a more personalized approach to the work. I provide superbills for reimbursement and partner with Thrizer to help simplify the process and increase the likelihood of reimbursement.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available. If fee is a barrier, please bring it up during your consultation and we'll see what's possible.

How long does therapy take?

There's no honest one-size answer to this. What I can tell you is that we'll work collaboratively to set meaningful goals that keep us moving. Most clients begin noticing real shifts within the first few months.

What does the 15 minute consultation consist of?
