Where are you located?

I work virtually, so all sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform. This means that you have the ability to attend from wherever you are (as long as you're in California!).

What are your rates?

Private or cash paying clients can expect to pay $185 per standard individual psychotherapy session. Private pay is ideal for clients who want the highest level of privacy and flexibility from therapy, without the treatment constraints imposed by insurance companies. Some clients request superbills for insurance reimbursement, which I am happy to supply.

can i use insurance?

Yes, I am able to work with clients who have Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Shield Magellan.

How long does therapy take?

There is no way to know how long therapy will take for any individual. Results are influenced by many factors, such as the severity of symptoms, specific goals for treatment, level of commitment to the process, and general life stressors. With that said, we will take care in creating goals that will keep the process moving forward.

What does the 15 minute consultation consist of?

The complimentary consultation is your opportunity to ask any questions that aren't addressed here, but more importantly it provides you with an opportunity to get a sense of how comfortable you might be with us working together.
